Welcome to Defined Abs
I want to take this time to say welcome to my blog. Defined Abs was created for one purpose and one purpose only to spread knowledge. Knowledge that I have received over the last 2 and a 1/2 months about losing weight and building muscle. I want to start by saying I wasn't ever a unhealthy or unfit person. I always went to the gym usually about once a week and I was always active. What I guess I am trying to say is that I have never been fat, to the point were I needed to help. I guess what really got me going was when I saw that I started to get a gut. Not just a small one but one that looked like I had always just eaten several thanksgiving diners the night before.I had always seen the guys at the gym who would walk around with there shirts off, they had everything that I had just about. There was one thing that they had that i didn't and that was nice Abs. It never really bothered me before, but all of a sudden it did. It wasn't me being jealous or anything, I knew I could get them if I would just work at it. I just keep putting it off and putting it off until one day I decided I was tired of all this belly fat. I started by going to the gym everyday for about a 2 weeks. Spending anywhere from 1-2 hours a day trying all sorts of ab workouts and machines. Remember when I said I knew that I could get those abs just needed to work at it. Well it looks like might of been wrong, try be told I obviously needed help. To make a long story short I finally ask my brother Nigel what his secret was. He laugh that's because we are like rivals at everything we do. He sat me down at the computer and told me to read this, it was a E-book by a man call Mike Geary.
The Truth About Six Pack Abs after I read it, I spent the next month and a half going to the gym with my brother and his friend and I like to thing that in that time I learned alot. Seeing as how I had completly cut that belly fat and I was starting to see the outlines of my abs. That really is a great feeling and to be honest it really wasn't that hard. Alot of people think that they can just go to the gym and start working out and the more they sweat the more they are doing for their body. Thats not entirely true, you really need a guide something to show you exactly what to do and when to do it. Also alot of what I read and learned had alot to do with what I was eating.
I created this blog to try and help others, so that others don't have to make the same mistake I did. You also will have to know how to maintain that slim stomach or those nice abs if you already have them. From what I learned that slim figure can go quickly and you don't want that.
I will be posting alot on this blog within the next few months so stay with me. It seems that alot more came with these nice abs than looks, determination. I want to become as fit as possible and I won't keep my secrets to myself.
